Our Energy Specialists are responsible for setting appointments for our solar team.

Solar associates will be responsible for identifying potential clients and scheduling an appointment for our Solar Consultants to do a follow-up visit, either in person, Zoom or via telephone. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities an Energy Specialists is expected to assume:

• Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
• Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
• Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue
• Develop and distribute reports of each days appointments
• Use designated applications to manage various aspects of the job
• Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
• Complete required area sheets at the end of each day

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Below are the qualifications and skills that are expected of an Energy Specialists:

• Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred
• Exhibit excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work at least 8 hours each day, 5 days per week
• A positive attitude
• A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
• Experience and willingness, working in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
