Brightside Windows is looking for (3) in home sales professionals to join our team in our Tigard office immediately! This job is an experienced level position! Our Sales Consultants can expect to earn $7,500 - $10,000 in your first month and average $85,000 to $250,000 a year.

We have more leads than we can run coming from our marketing department that we are looking for experienced sales people to help with the amount of leads coming in. We are urgently hiring.

Responsibilities:

- Run in home sales consultations where Brightside Windows products and services are sold

- Report numbers to manager and be accountable to your KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)

- Manage customer pipeline inside of our CRM for follow ups

- Work with canvassing team

- Be accountable to your sales goal and % of closes required

- Preferred but not required (experience with in home sales)

Required:

Sales Experience of at least 2 years
