JOB TITLE:

OUTSIDE SALES AGENT FOR CITY SIGHTSEEING PHILADELPHIA HOP-ON HOP-OFF DOUBLE-DECKER BUS TOURS.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Sales Representative in the hospitality and tourism industry, you will assist customers to ensure a positive customer experience. You will be required to operate the point of sale pursuant to company standards;, while also promoting our additional products and services. You will be responsible to set up your assigned location each day and sell tickets for our tour, helping guests on the tour bus, communicating with staff and drivers to ensure time management and safety

Training:

We know your success is our success. In your first weeks, we provide you the training to attain your sales goals and maximize your earning potential by using sales techniques. We usually do on job training in the field shadowing a coworker for 3 days.

Basic Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

Experience in a role where sales and/or customer service were key elements of your duties. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Compensation:

We provide a full-time or part-time schedule, hourly base pay PLUS a lucrative commission/incentive plan.
