Door to Door Area Sales Manager

$90,000-110,000+ (Non-Recoverable Draw at the start, then Commission)

Location: Jacksonville, AR

Are you a natural leader? Self motivated? Naturally optimistic? Good with people? As an area manager you will be growing and leading your team while still going door to door. We want you to go out, have fun connecting with people at their homes and develop a close knit team that does the same. The fiber internet product we offer is better, faster and less expensive than what most people are currently using and on average you will close on 1 in 3 conversations that you have. Sell 10 a week and youre making six figures.

What it takes to win!

• Solid understanding of sales and able to manage a team of 8+ sales representatives
• Ability to knock doors for 5+ hours Monday - Thursday
• Natural leader with strong communication skills, truly enjoys people
• Intrinsically motivated to truly be the team lead by surpassing weekly sales goals
• Train new hires and lead team building activities
• Hold daily meetings and report sales numbers in company meetings

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Pass a background check, drug test (THC not tested), and eVerification
• A mobile smartphone or connected tablet
• Knowledge of sales best practices
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Smart, Hungry and Humble
