Marathon is seeking the best and brightest entry-level professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in our leadership development program designed to accelerate and prepare entry-level talent for management roles in our firm. The Entry Level Account Manager will be exposed to a dynamic blend of leadership development, management strategy, and operations knowledge. The Entry Level Account Manager role is a perfect fit for someone who craves leadership but lacks the current skills to do so and desires to make a difference in a company and rapidly growing industry.

Overview at the Entry Level: As a customer-focused firm, you will learn firsthand what it means to be the front line of representation for clientele. The first campaign you will be assigned to will partner with one of the largest auto glass companies in Florida. The Entry Level Account Manager will directly engage with potential customers through the appropriate lead channels while simultaneously developing the necessary skills to train and manage a team by leading from the front.

• As an Entry Level Account Manager you will be responsible for assisting interested customers in the initial assessment of auto glass/windshield damage, preparing the estimate, and ensuring the proper filing with the insurance company. You will also be assisting in the lead generation, lead development, and account management proposals for the assigned client to acquire future business.
• Ultimately, the goal of the Entry Level Account Manager is to develop into a Territory Manager during the course of training. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all the representatives in your district and coordinating Account Management and Business development and sales efforts to achieve monthly targets.
• In order to be successful, you will be trained in every position leading up to management to ensure an in-depth understanding of each department and business functionality. This will include the basic functions of the role as well as how to properly identify and recruit talent for those positions in the future.
• Become a master at sales and customer service, the foundation of any company. The Entry Level Account Manager must be an expert communicator and have a solid foundation of customer service and sales expertise.

Requirements of the Entry Level Account Manager:

• Hands-on experience with multiple customer service or sales techniques and proven ability to engage with customers professionally
• Confident in presenting sales proposals to potential new clients
• Driven, motivated, and resilient personality
• Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability the thrive independently
• Superior communication and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,500.00 per year
