Toyota Sales Exchange & Pre-owned Purchaser Manager

No Weekends!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary: $50,000 to $100,000 per year including incentives

As the Toyota Sales Exchange & Pre-owned Purchaser Manager, you will identify and connect with customers approaching the peak-time to upgrade from their current vehicles to a newer vehicle through the Vehicle Exchange Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the latest technology to identify current and new customers eligible for the vehicle exchange program
• Connect with eligible customers in the service department, via phone, and email
• Educate customers on the vehicle exchange program and options
• Transition customers to a Toyota Sales Professional to complete the sales process

Qualifications:

• Sales experience - automotive sales is a plus
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
