Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Operations Associate to be part of our Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for order management and will have diverse responsibilities. This is a full-time position with benefits. We do not provide work visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, dependencies, and responsibilities to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Track project progress against milestones, proactively identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status updates, key milestones, and deliverables to all stakeholders regularly, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
• Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project-related communications, to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Liaise with corporate buyers to address inquiries, provide product information, and facilitate order placements.
• Prepare and complete spreadsheets, templates and project documentation
• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Manage all communications with PD team, vendors, and corporate clients, ensuring clear and timely exchange of information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, PD, marketing, and logistics to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or 3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ceramic products or retail industry experience is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to change and problem-solve effectively in a dynamic business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
