About Us

We are a family owned and operated business since 1976 located just outside of Philadelphia and expanding at a rapid pace. We are looking for determined self-starters who always exhibit a positive attitude. We are an exterior construction company who specializes in James Hardie Siding, GAF roofing, and Andersen windows. This is a growing company, and we are looking for individuals to fill this position and grow with our team.

Appointment Setter/Receptionist

Overall Responsibilities:

• Successful Candidates must be friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and motivated; dependable, reliable and goal driven.
• Answer Phones in a friendly, warm manner representing Porter Family Exteriors mission and core values throughout all interactions.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services using the phone, email, mail and/or social media.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads: phone, email, web forms, social media, marketing events, as well as showroom walk ins
• Manage scheduling, calendar assignments, and results for appointments

Qualities:

• Likable personality & conversationalist- can bring your own rapport-building skills while being guided by a scripted presentation, are well-spoken, upbeat, determined, driven, and diligent.
• Must be well spoken, honest, possess integrity, be quality focused, able to problem solve, multitask and prioritize.
• Active listening skills, detailed orientation and sales driven are paramount to the success of this position.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a professional timely manner.
• Enjoys working with a team and supporting the members.
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees, clients and customers.
• Good computer skills a must, previous database experience a+.

Job Duties:

• Resolves potential questions about products and service; suggests resolutions after ascertaining the issue.
• Manage customer information in CRM/database
• Inbound and Outbound appointment setting.
• Manage schedule/calendar and results.
• Ability to learn our industry, services and products.
• Verifies and maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Liaison between customers and sales/production teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
