Were looking for a Sales Associate to:

• Deliver compelling presentations or pitches to customers directly, highlighting the value proposition of the product or service
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge of services and promotions by attending educational workshops to stay up to date on new communication services offered by our clients
• Shadow the sales methods of our Sales Associate and Management staff to emulate their sales procedures to meet sales trajectories
• Advise consumers of communication solutions they qualify for by completing accurate and punctual cost calculations to determine which service best fits their needs
• Develop tailored solutions for each client to conquer their concerns and focus on their immediate and long-term objectives
• Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and communication efforts
• Serve our clients with respect, passion, and integrity to enhance client relations and drive sales revenue

We require our Sales Associate to have:

• Experience in sales, sales management, client facing, or customer support preferred
• Enthusiastic to develop independently as well as in a team atmosphere
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with a high degree of self-confidence
• Results-driven, profoundly motivated, self-starter who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for assisting others
• Ability to exercise good judgment by acknowledging urgency and establishing priorities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems
• Reliable transportation
• The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and company strategies is important in a dynamic sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
