Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through phone, social media, or in-person
• Offering specialized insurance guidance and advice.
• Utilizing knowledge of the industry to create and explain customized plans.
• Assist members in understanding the value of their existing plan, discuss options, and propose alternative plans.
• Perform health reimbursement procedures and claim processing, appeals, and grievances procedures.

Qualifications

• A license issued by the state board*
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional appearance.
• Compliance according to state regulations and policies
• Accountable and Coachable Team Player
• Computer and Internet Savvy (CRM helpful)
