Role Overview:
The chosen candidate will be instrumental in managing and growing a digital ad sales team, fostering long-term relationships with current clients, and identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be at the forefront of devising and implementing sales strategies that align with our client's objectives, ensuring the seamless execution of advertising campaigns across various digital mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically guide the digital ad sales team to enhance client relations and develop new business avenues.
Steer the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiation, closure, and account management.
Develop and oversee implementation of sales standards and processes to optimize performance and revenue growth.
Collaborate with multiple departments including business development, creative, and operations to streamline project workflows.
Engage in continuous networking to expand client base and foster new relationships.
Lead the recruitment, training, and mentorship of the sales team, setting performance targets and monitoring progress.
Conduct detailed analyses of advertising inventory to maximize revenue and maintain pricing integrity.
Utilize programmatic advertising tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
Regularly report on sales achievements, potential growth areas, and strategies for client base expansion to the Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing a digital advertising team
Strong background in digital advertising, with familiarity with a range of advertising products and platforms.
Exceptional organizational, writing, and presentation skills, with an emphasis on clarity and persuasion.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage work activities efficiently.

Willingness to relocate to or reliably commute to Boca Raton, FL, as required.
