Job Description:

• Merchandise and market products
• Network, build, and maintain relationships with Landscapers, Builders, Designers, Architects, and Homeowners to increase market share
• Establish and maintain weekly sales meeting and monthly manager meeting
• Monitor and Establish 30-60-90 day inventory turnover rates
• Ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Explore ways to market to existing customer base
• Explore ways to market to new customers
• Strive to maintain a 20% increase in gross sales monthly
• Must have experience and knowledge in full charge bookkeeping to oversee Bookkeeper
• Performance based commission possible after 90 days

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ Years Retail management
• 5+ Years Sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Weekends as needed
