Summary:

Account Manager position is responsible for overseeing the general care of our properties, assisting and training the maintenance crews, dealing with client care, and assisting the Maintenance Director with sales, design work, and installations. This position will also help with developing and maintaining our core principles pertaining to our environmental and sustainable landscape practices.

Job Duties:

• Help organize and manage the following:
• Landscape Maintenance
• Client Care
• Small projects
• Sustainability
• Crew training
• Spend time weekly checking properties for quality/repairs
• Spend time training employees when necessary
• Helps organize and facilitate schedules and work tasks for crew leaders
• Ensure each division is properly filling out Job Sheets and turning them in at the end of their work day
• Help source quality, environmentally friendly materials and supplies
• Continue to develop environmentally pertinent information for clients and employees

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Minimum 1 year experience in the landscape/construction industry
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
• Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
• Preference will be given to candidates with a valid drivers license and safe driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
