Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Account Manager to integrate the Commercial team in North America.
This position will be based in the Chicago, IL area.
Summary
Key Account Manager is responsible for the management and commercial development of the global accounts (multinational companies) assigned. It is essential for the incumbent to set up a clearly defined long-term strategic plan aligned to the business capabilities and increase levels of business and profitability with designated accounts. Willingness to travel within North America is also a requirement.Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.
Key Tasks & Activities...Commercial Strategy
- Develop the commercial strategy regarding markets and products to increase sales with a clear focus on in-house opportunities in NA;
- Explores new business opportunities in the designated accounts and markets and identifies key network expansion targets;
- Designs commercial plans assessing potential new opportunities for expansion within the assigned accounts and presents them;
- Identifies customer needs/issues and differentiates Logoplaste services;
- Nurtures customer relationships and explores growth prospects.
Customer Relationship Management and Financial Results
- Leads negotiations to secure optimum commercial terms;
- Ensures continued EBITDA growth with demonstrable positive financial results;
- Acts effectively as a senior representative and ambassador for Logoplaste;
- Makes positive contributions to overall Logoplaste strategies and growth;
- Develops strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers;
- Assists in maintenance of project timings, management of commercial activity/contract establishment with the customer;
- Utilizes strong organizational skills to streamline sales processes and manage customer relationships effectively.
Working across the Organization
- Maintains effective communications with colleagues across the company, mainly with the Technical Team, plant(s), and our development facility, holding reviews and coordinating activities;
- Reports and communicates current performance achievements in terms of sales;
- Participates in commercial monthly meetings.
Who We Are Looking For...Background & Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering in Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics or Polymers, or Industry Domain;
- 3-7 years experience in the Rigid Plastic Packaging Industry;
- Previous North American Market Knowledge;
- Previous experience exceeding and delivering exceptional commercial results.
