In Order to Join our Team, You Must:

• Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth.
• Minimum 1 year experience selling Real Estate, but we are willing to help you get licensed if you have a great desire to learn
• Work well in a Team Environment but also be a Self-Starter who can take ownership of their daily schedule
• Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful, exceptional verbal and written communication, and outstanding listening skills
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business

This is not a salaried position. Your income is entirely commission based but provides unlimited earning potential. Full-time agents are earning 6 figure incomes and we have compensation packages to support you at any level of your career.
