SERVPRO of Blount County provides disaster recovery services, such as fire and water damage clean up, mold remediation, asbestos remediation, and bio-hazard clean up. We also provide regular cleaning services such as HVAC cleaning to our customers. We specialize in helping our clients recover from various types of emergencies and ensure their properties are safe and well-maintained. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Specialist located in the Blount County Area. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation and customer service. They will identify potential clients, and develop strategies to expand our customer base. The Business Development Specialist will also establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills, Market research, and Lead generation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the disaster recovery or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent business experience
