Job Summary: The Regional Territory Manager position is responsible for building and managing an effective team in order to grow sales by developing new sales locations and servicing existing sales locations within specified region.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and foster good relationships with existing sales dealers, drivers and factories within territory
• Establish new dealer sales locations throughout the territory
• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales dealers and drivers in the specified territory
• Monitor product inventory and provide quality control
• Work closely with the product distribution team in this territory
• Provide customer service to end users in the territory
• Communicate via phone and email and provide reports to home office on a frequent basis
• Evaluate sales dealer locations on an ongoing basis for continual improvement and/or upgrade
• Motivate and manage sales dealers

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Sales and management experience preferred
• Maintain a high level of professionalism
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to recruit, hire, coach and teach team members
• Possess a strong work ethic with precise attention to detail

Education: Bachelors Degree is required.

Travel: Extensive travel is required on a weekly basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
