RECRUITER WITH SALES EXPERIENCE
$40,000 to $42,000/Year + Commission- could go higher for the right person.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Coordinator also serves as an ambassador for the company ensuring all candidates have a lasting and favorable impression of the company and organization. This role will be responsible for the effective and successful execution of our recruitment strategy. In addition, support company policies and procedures in the areas of the new
hire process including drug screening, background checks, and paperwork. Progressing through the stages of pre-employment in a timely manner; researching and resolving issues when they arise and staying ahead of all communications and updates with the Recruiting team. This role will also be responsible for New Business Development for the branch by actively sourcing and generating new business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES RECRUITING SIDE:
- Assist in posting approved staffing requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Screens candidates using telephone screens, interviews, assessment tools, etc.
- Maintain applicant and candidate workflow
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping
- Maintain recruiting documentation
- Assist Recruiting partners with vendor communication and contract preparation
- Special projects as assigned
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate sales interest
- Maintain and track leads in a sales database
The successful candidate will possess:
- Must have outstanding follow-up, communication, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Must have ability to work independently in a professional manner with frequent interruptions.
- Must be a self-starter and work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Must have analytical problem-solving skills and high level of attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, and management in other departments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- ATS experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years Recruiting experience / Sales experience
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
