Dillard's Great Northern is looking for a Cosmetic Sales Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the cosmetic department

Reach daily sales goals

Oversee multiple personnel

Coach and develop associates

Help with onboarding and training

Successfully strategize and execute events

Analyze business trends and implement changes when necessary

Uphold visual merchandising standards

Qualifications

Friendly, enthusiastic attitude

Skills and experience in verbal communication and customer focus

Strong leadership skills
