Absolute Construction Inc is looking to hire experienced sales reps in the DFW areas. We are nationally-ranked, full-service storm restoration company based out of DFW that has built a stellar reputation having served thousands of Texas families since we were founded in 2004. PAY SCALE: 100% Commission based

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be able to build Rapport
• Generate/Pursue leads aggressively
• Complete customer contracts
• Provide product information

REQUIREMENTS:

• 21+ years old
• A dependable vehicle, preferably a truck to carry your ladder and supplies.
• A valid driver's license, and SMARTPHONE are required.
• Sales and construction knowledge is a must.
• Previous roofing sales experience is a plusBUT NOT REQUIRED.
• Strong communication/organizational skills
• The understanding that you will need to physically inspect roofs.
• Must be self-motivated, having the ability to problem solve and offer the best in customer service
• A Positive Attitude, Honesty and Integrity are a must, as Roofing With Integrity is our company motto
