Full description of the position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be able to sell and promote inventory using phone, email and face-to face skill sets.

Utilize and update all social media platforms to communicate with customers and by marketing trucks, along with updating all platforms with new arrivals within 24 hours upon delivery.

Post Trucks for sale on all social media platforms.

Make a minimum of 60 calls a day.

Reach out to previous leads via phone/text/email.

Work efficiently and respectively with Sales Managers, whom you will report to.

Check your email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.

Present initial financing options based on customer needs/requests.

Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.

Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.

Provide customers with product information resources and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources, including those available on the internet.

Make yourself knowledgeable in your store truck inventory and product offerings, making appropriate recommendations.

Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.

Be available to promptly respond to live chat, phone and email inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner.

Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or any no-show appointments.

Contact clients prior to appointment date to confirm their scheduled appointment.

Be consistent with follow-up-post visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Be able to complete Post Sale Checklist accurately and in a timely fashion.

Must have a minimum of 6 funded deals (trucks) per month.

Sales trackers must be turned into Sales Manager the day prior to the 1st and 15th of every month and need to be accurate and correct.

Sees opportunities, not problems. Strives to continuously learn and improve.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
