Job Description: As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in the execution of our sales programs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with our customer service and sales teams, utilizing your excellent interpersonal and communications skills to engage consumers, build relationships, and establish trust. This is an entry level role and training is provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with customers one-on-one and assist with the sales process by recommending products and services best suited to their lifestyle
• Actively engage customers using consultative techniques and active-listening skills to identify their needs and concerns
• Proactively monitoring and addressing product and service feedback and complaints, providing valuable insights to enhance client offerings
• Contributing to the development of training materials for employees, ensuring they stay updated with product information, compliance, and promotions.
• Directly interacting with local customers to drive brand awareness, create sales opportunities, and expand market share for our clients.

Requirements for the Entry Level Sales Representative:

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role is preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial team environment
• Familiarity with fundamental customer service and sales techniques, as well as effective communication strategies
• Proven ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High energy, self-motivated, and a team player with a dynamic personality.
• Bilingual is highly preferred, but not required for the position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
