We are expanding in Central Arkansas. After a record breaking year in 2023 we are opening additional positions and new locations

An ideal applicant will have a career interest in business management, have good communication skills and be capable of leading others. The Employee Benefits Consultants provide worksite benefit counseling to state, municipal, and private sector employers to help them design a program that will serve all of their employee's needs.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

* Ability to acquire new and maintain existing business accounts.

* Strong in-person and phone communication skills.

* Great organizational skills.

* Team-builder with a strong passion for helping people.

* High integrity and is familiar with HIPAA requirements.

* Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

* Laptop & Smartphone required

* Will eventually require state licensing.

* Must be at least 18 yrs old, have a valid drivers license, and no felony convictions.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
