Role Overview:

As the Director of Global GPO Sales, you will play a pivotal role in selling, negotiating, and contracting Biotricitys entire product portfolio to large National Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) worldwide. This key position acts as a safeguard for the master contract terms and conditions, fostering strategic customer relationships and driving business strategies from the corporate level through to GPO members. You will focus on acquiring new customers, retaining, and expanding existing relationships, and pursuing strategic, nontraditional avenues for growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a global strategy for GPO sales, emphasizing corporate business-to-business relationships through regional aggregators and equity members, cascading to field level.
  • Drive the negotiation and acquisition of national contracts, managing related documentation and advocating for Biotricitys interests.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level GPO relationships, leveraging them to negotiate favorable terms and initiate business initiatives that drive profitable sales and protect base business.
  • Understand the strategic account's business environment, goals, strategies, and competitive situation.
  • Maintain ownership over sub-GPO relations and contracting, enhancing compliance, adoption, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with national and regional sales teams.
  • Provide leadership and direction for all Biotricity interactions with GPOs, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Coordinate Biotricity resources to execute strategic account plans, including role assignments, expectations, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Present the value proposition with support from Marketing to GPO and Sub GPO in order to prevent/protect from outsourcing to competitors.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to position Biotricitys strategic business across all modalities, offering breakthrough technologies and solutions.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on GPO terms and conditions, ensuring compliance and maximizing contract benefits.
  • Work closely with corporate contract management and legal staff to ensure contracts meet internal and legal requirements.
  • Lead Biotricitys representation at national GPO meetings and navigate evolving healthcare landscapes with stakeholders.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for bidding, negotiating, and contracting national and sub-national GPO contracts for Biotricity product portfolio, ensuring profitable revenue and advantageous terms.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with national and regional sales teams, driving opportunities within strategic accounts by developing and delivering unique solutions that improve customer outcomes.
  • Analyze and interpret key financial performance indicators for strategic accounts and the impact of Biotricitys solutions on financial objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts resulting in long-term commitments and serve as an internal advocate for customers, cultivating internal relationships that drive business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
