Join Our Team as a System Sales Executive
We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented System Sales Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives and propel our business to new heights. As part of our team, you'll leverage your expertise to identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Utilize diverse channels to identify and engage potential clients including:
- Develop a targeted cold calling strategy to reach out to key decision-makers within the ideal customer profiles. Craft compelling messaging that focuses on the value proposition and benefits of TuWay systems and services.
- Staying up to date on potential RFP opportunities
- Networking and Referrals - Tap into your professional network and existing customer base to seek referrals and introductions to potential prospects.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Engaging and participating in content marketing campaigns from initial creation to following up with targeted audience to develop and assess potential client interest.
- Qualify and track all leads and create a robust pipeline of prospects and potential system sales.
- Creating leads with long term strategies leading to system sales.
Consultative Selling:
- Perform a needs assessment with potential clients to understand the unique requirements and points for each client.
- Tailor innovative system solutions to meet the unique requirements, challenges, and objectives of each client.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the value proposition and ROI of our solutions. Stressing the importance of scalability, integration, training, support, compliance, risk mitigation, and performance metrics.
- Effectively position the sales process as a collaborative partnership aimed at achieving the clients strategic objectives, while emphasizing TuWays relentless commitment to meeting their goals.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Collaborate with the engineering team throughout the proposal development process to define detailed technical Statements of Work (SOWs), layouts, and capabilities, ensuring clarity for the client in the final proposal.
- Develop comprehensive proposals encompassing pricing, terms, technical information, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client needs and funding cycles.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts to achieve or surpass sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promptly addressing any concerns.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and seize new opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, providing regular, insightful reports to management on sales progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of system solutions and integration, Communications, IT, or related industries preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a willingness to travel as needed.
