Position Summary:The Inside Sales/Customer Service Assistant (ISCSA) will be responsible for providing support for the execution and fulfillment of inbound sales activity and inquiries. The ISCSA will assist in coordinating timelines to coordinate order fulfillment with the Senior Account Executive and Production Manager to best serve the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound sales requests via phone and email
• Collaborate with Production regarding fulfillment of orders
• Collaborate with Senior Account Executive to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Support outside sales in maintaining customer relations and satisfaction
• Accurately report daily sales/transactions to executive team
• Manage sales order process
• Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email
• Proactively handle outbound communications and follow ups

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience and training is preferred
• Microsoft products required, QuickBooks and Hubspot (or any CRM program) is a plus
