Full description of the position

We are looking for a new team member to help us serve the local community. We are a small team of gamers who are passionate about buying and selling both new and retro video games. We're currently looking for a full time employee to help run the front of the store.
The schedule is flexible, but will include some long shifts from 11AM to 9:30PM.
Pay will be based on experience and qualifications, and will go up after your training period has finished.

Training pay range: $13-15 /hour
Post-training pay range: $15-18 /hour

Training generally takes about a month, but may go faster or slower depending on how much retro game knowledge you already have.

```Duties```
- Provide friendly and personal customer service.
- Run transactions through our Point of Sale system.
- Negotiate and process trade-ins.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions.
- Print price tags, clean/test used product, and restock shelves.

```Requirements```
- Good communication skills and ability to hold a friendly conversation are super important for this job.
- Ability to stand for long hours and move quickly are a must.
-Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Retro and current video game knowledge is a huge plus, but can be trained if needed.

We are a small, local business with lots of room to still grow. We currently offer:
