```Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced life Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in life insurance sales. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their life insurance needs

- Assess clients' current needs and propose suitable insurance policies

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them

- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting insurance products and services

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Life Insurance Agent or similar role

- Strong knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and sales administration processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies

- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable

- Experience in life sales is a plus

Pay: $40,903.00 - $69,380.00 per year
