Full description of the position

Are you a confident, charismatic risktaker who loves to be compensated for your hard work? As a Canvass Supervisor at DaBella you will find yourself being financially rewarded as well as receiving consistent resources to grow into Canvass Manager and Canvass Leadership Council roles.

Day to Day:

• Assist the Canvass Manager as needed.
• Daily morning meeting with your team.
• Go door-to-door to introduce the company and what we have to offer to new and existing customers.
• Ability to stand and walk outdoors for an extended period.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Able to maintain an energetic and positive attitude.

Requirements and Skills:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid drivers license with an approved driving record.
• Ability to grow and lead your team.
• Complete a paid basic management course.

Our Canvass Supervisors enjoy:

• Guaranteed base rate of $21.00/hr.
• Daily and monthly bonus Opportunities.
• Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
• Previous marketing experience preferred, but not required.
• Previous leadership/management experience preferred, but not required.
