SCHEDULE
Full time; This is a hybrid position with some in office days required, depending on business need
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
- Utilizes Power BI reporting to develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams.
- Creates interactive data visualizations that allow business stakeholders to make data driven decisions to adjust to performance and market trends.
- Develops and runs forecasting models to provide business leaders with accurate sales projections.
- Presents and delivers valuable insights from the incentive plans to Member Service executives and other team members.
- Reviews and audits sales incentive plans for quality assurance and ensures effectiveness and ROI on sales campaigns.
- Experience with creation and delivery of sales and recognition programs.
- Strong experience using Excel

Experience
Requires a minimum of 4 years experience in a data driven analytical role
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Managerial Responsibilities
This position does not have any people leadership responsibility.
Computer/Office Equipment Skills
Experience with analytical and reporting software required
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Language Skills
Demonstrated ability to clearly express ideas, methodology, results and recommendations verbally, in writing and through insightful reports and graphic illustrations
Demonstrated ability to document outcomes and present information in a manner appropriate for key stakeholders and all levels of the organization.
Other Skills and Abilities
Understanding of the credit union's financial model and what drives critical results
Demonstrated experience with Excel and advanced knowledge of formulas
Advanced analytical thinking with experience reviewing data, providing insight, and recommending change and process improvement.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to company executives
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Track record of achieving business results through creative problem solving and careful implementation
