We're actively seeking full-time beginner real estate agents to join our brokerage. Whether you're new to NYC real estate or seeking a fresh start with proper training, this opportunity is tailored for you!

Our comprehensive training program is designed to accelerate your success in NYC real estate. If you haven't started your NYS real estate license course, we'll guide you through the process and help you prepare for the NYS test. Agents who are already underway or completed their courses are welcome to apply immediately.

Requirements:

• Passion for real estate and customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Commitment to obtaining or already possessing a Real Estate license
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and online tools
• Office time required during the training program, with remote work options afterward
• NYS licensed real estate salespeople are 1099 independent contractors
• Prior selling experience is a plus

Responsibilities Include:

• Guiding and assisting renters in finding new homes
• Assessing clients' needs and proposing suitable solutions
• Conducting negotiations, advising on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
• Displaying and marketing listings across various platforms
• Researching and previewing new listings weekly
• Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, etc.)
• Maintaining and updating listings of available properties
• Developing networks and collaborating with landlords, building managers, and supers
• Staying informed about real estate markets and best practices

Salary Range: $50,598.00 - $172,306.00 per year"
