The Hugo Gonzalez Agency at Allstate is excited to hire a highly motivated individual to become a professional insurance sales agent seeking a career opportunity with growth potential. At the Hugo Gonzalez Agency at Allstate you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Allstate Insurance products.
Licensed Sales Producer Requirements

• Property & Casualty license (preferred but not required).
• 1-2 Years of Insurance Sales Experience
• Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in peoples lives.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
• Must be bilingual - English & Spanish

Licensed Sales Producer Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and perform closing of all prospective sales leads.
• Administer all leads and perform sales calls for same to facilitate more accounts.
• Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing.
• Setting up appointments and meeting with prospective customers.
• Presenting and explaining our products and services using a consultative approach, based on a true understanding of clients needs and goals.

Pay: $33,280.00 - $36,000.00 per year
