We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing sales team. This position is responsible for developing a strong sales strategy based on the target markets, current products and sales staff. The individual in this position will work closely with the management team to create a strategic plan, ensure sales growth and maintain close communication with the sales team and target markets.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Conduct training sessions for sales representative.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• The ongoing training of our salespeople.
• Developing our sales team through motivation, counseling, and accountability.
• Promoting the organization and service lines.
• Understand our ideal customers needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
