Marshall Showroom, a leading provider of plumbing and fixture solutions, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Manager for our Marshall, MN location. This role is pivotal in driving sales and profitability within a 200-mile radius of Marshall, MN. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering business relationships, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and effective assistance.
• Prepare and send quotations for plumbing/fixture jobs, and follow up to ensure project specifications are met.
• Assist in the sales process, including making sales calls, following up on leads, and identifying target industry segments.
• Work closely with vendors and team members to enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces.
• Participate in team activities, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Occasional travel may be required for training and customer-facing events.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED is required. Bachelor or Associate degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in plumbing/fixture sales and quotations field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
