Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Cricket Location on Pleasant Valley across the Street from HEB. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. We have current employees making up to $35 an hour with commission and hourly.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits
- Assist customers with purchases, including processing payments and handling cash
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Proficient in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of jewelry sales, technology sales, or wireless sales is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
