Job Description

Sales Support Assistant we want to work with is expected to be capable of detail-oriented, self-motivated, self-directed, and willing to grow.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ownership of the assigned data platforms and data management
• Gathering and collecting data from omni-channel platforms and analytics sources
• SAP data input and checks ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Sales data reconciliation
• Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and patterns within datasets
• Collecting and organize datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• In order to assist in strategic decision-making, creating data visualization, reports and presentation to managements and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solutions based on data-driven insights.
• Search and provide the required information to stay updated on industry trends, best practices and others.
• Proactively seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of data analysis efforts.

Required Skills/Characteristics

• +3 years of proven experience as an data analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis tool ; Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Task and detail oriented
• Excellence in communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be fluent in English & Korean
• Ability to teamwork and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge/experience in Accounting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
