We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our call center team as Adventure Sales Specialists. In this role, you'll be the voice of excitement, inspiring customers to embark on unforgettable outdoor adventures.

In business for over 52 years, Cruise America is looking for qualified Adventure Sales Specialists and co-owners to join our stable, Employee-Owned company. This position is working in our Headquarters, located in Mesa, AZ. We have immediate openings, so tell us how YOU can improve our team!

SALES COMPENSATION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tiered hourly pay plan $18 - $23 per hour, including commissions per booking.

Ask for the sale and book new reservations for customers with a passion for adventure.

Professionally assist customers making changes to existing reservations.

Meet or exceed monthly goals as defined by Management.

At times handle chat inquiries/bookings while simultaneously handling calls.

Have a genuine excitement for helping our customers with their adventures around the beautiful US and Canada.

SALES QUALIFICATIONS:

Two-handed typing with enough accuracy/speed to maneuver keyboard while handling phone call and/or chat.

Prior experience in asking for the sale required, including collecting payment details.

Must be available to work varied hours, shifts and days as required.

CURRENT NEEDS:

We are a 24/7 department. Shift times can start as early as 5am and as late as 1:30pm, and all times in-between. Typing test provided during interview process to determine ability to maneuver a keyboard efficiently; no minimum WPM required. All qualified candidates will be required to complete pre-employment background check and drug screen (screenings do not test for marijuana) within seven (7) days of employment. Walk-ins welcome!

Education and/or Experience

High School or equivalent diploma required.

Work Environment

The working conditions are normal for a call center environment.
