Job Description

• Build relationships in order to help customers take home their perfect vehicle
• Utilize our large inventory, no haggle pricing, lifetime warranty, and 3 day buyback guarantee to build your business

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the vehicle that is right for them
• Guide customers in every step of the process from greeting, presentation, test drive, trade appraisal, and finance application
• Use our customer database to follow up with previous customers to create new opportunities
• Use social media and other online platforms to promote the dealership, vehicles, services, and yourself to generate new opportunities
• Use our CRM system to document and follow up with current prospects to insure a professional transaction

• Bilingual (Preferred)

Qualifications (required)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving history
• 1+ years of sales experience in any field

Compensation

• 30 day guarantee of $3000.00 plus performance bonuses to ensure you have adequate time to train and develop your skills
• After 30 days, the position is performance based commission
• Current staff earn an average of $5[please apply online]/month'
