JOB TITLE: Branch Manager (Full-time) $41,600 to $52,000 per year

Columbia Title, with over 35 years of experience, provides comprehensive title and closing services to real estate professionals, buyers, and sellers across Indiana.

We are seeking a Bilingual Branch Manager (Spanish/English) for our Frankfort office.

The responsibilities include conducting real estate closings and ensuring all deed and mortgage documents are accurately processed. Building strong relationships to drive business growth is a key aspect of this role. Ideally, candidates should have three or more years of experience in the title insurance industry, real estate, or mortgage banking. Additionally, the candidate must obtain a Resident Producers license from the Indiana Department of Insurance upon employment. This office does not have staff to supervise.

COMPENSATION & HOURS:

• Salary based on experience
• Paid vacation and holidays
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Occasional events outside of business hours
