We are looking for a high energy Assistant Sales Manager to join our Bannockburn, IL team. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist our sales team for retail sales channels (Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Home Depot). This position also requires developing highly effective marketing plans through a deep understanding of the consumer and the brand's target market, achieving profit, and maximizing the brand's long-term potential.

Responsibilities

Communication with sales channels

Amazon Performance Marketing support

Prepare sales presentations and proposals

Merchandise Delivery and Tracking operation

Prepare aggressive sales targets and plans for achievement

Manage the details of the ROI for each account, including pricing, margin, costs, promotions and forecasting

Developing new opportunities and strategies for growing our business and increasing our market share in North America

Must Have

1-3 years of experience in Sales

An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM

Google Ads certification

In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics

Sales Assistance in such Big box retailers as Amazon, Walmart and other sales channel

Ability to travel up to 50%

Excellent English written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Highly Desired

Bachelors degree

Experience selling to large customers such as Amazon, Costco, Home Depot ect.

Computer skills including high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Experience developing new business with large retailer/ e-tailers

Results oriented, self-motivated, and driven by both financial and career opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
