Department Manager

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are equipped with necessary skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other department managers to optimize overall store performance

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in retail math and financial analysis
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
