```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations.
- Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants.
- Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with fair housing regulations.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals.
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is completed promptly and within budget.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, including leases, inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and adjust rental rates as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes.

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and Section 8 programs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks such as filing documents and maintaining records.
- Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally and efficiently.
