Full description of the position

Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized insurance solutions.

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet those needs, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial insurance.

We have a very large book of homeowners insurance policies so experience in the homeowners market is a requirement for this position.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.

Conduct thorough insurance policy reviews and updates to ensure clients have adequate coverage.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Property & Casualty licensed 4-40 or 2-20 (PREFERRED).

Must speak fluent English & Spanish

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly agent support.

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
