Personal Lines Middle Market Account Executive

HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Follows the Agency program to round personal lines accounts.

- Uses every contact as an opportunity to round the account and review coverages the insured needs; communicates those needs successfully.

- Responsible for timely renewal reviews on assigned Book of Business.

- Manages their Home page in EPIC by keeping open activities current.

- Attends networking events and carrier seminars.

- Proficient in duties of the Assistant Account Executive.

- Reviews company contracts and products independently each week.

- Any other duties or projects that may be assigned by Agency Management.

Technical Skills:

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- NJ or NY Property and Casualty license required

- At least two years of previous Account Executive experience

- Knowledge of Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, AIG and Traveler's policies

- Bachelors degree preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and Traveler's website

- Knowledge of Applied EPIC software preferred but not required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
