Sales & (Digital) Marketing Coordinator

Base Salary range of $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year + Commission Based Bonuses!

Markets in Arizona include Ajo, Aguila, Bagdad, Inscription Canyon Ranch, Seligman, & Sanders.

A Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Table Top Telephone Co. works in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for building customer relationships that results in a profitable continuous flow of sales in Arizona.

Efficient, effective coverage and management of accounts in the assigned geographic area is a key focus. This role is the Company representative to residents, businesses, and community stakeholders in the markets served by the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of each market areaexisting penetration, opportunities, demography, consumer qualities and behaviors, product pricing, features and benefits
  • Routinely have a presence in each market area (TBD w/ Sales Director)
  • Build relationships with key community stakeholders and influencers
  • Ability to effectively nurture lead sources
  • Community relations and event participation to drive exposure and sales
  • Initiate and establish new accounts using sales cycle and funnel management
  • Direct sales tactics, cold calling, referrals, to increase sales production to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual net unit growth
  • Reporting of sales attempts, contact ratio, hit rate, revenue production, upgrades and any other metrics as required
  • Develop knowledge and enthusiasm for companies products
  • Complete paperwork and process for setting up accurate billing process
  • Use leads and sales management CRM to track activity
  • Demonstrate perseverance, tenacity, and grit in pursuing sales
  • Exhibit excellence in presentation and sales skills with organized, efficient account management and a plan for each account
  • Use samples and other sales tools with proficiency
  • Use technical skills to operate a paperless management of sales and accounts
  • Submit all reports and inquiry responses accurately and on-time
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance at all times

Experience/Education Requirements

  • High energy self-motivated, professional sales personality required
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
  • Outside sales experience is required; experience in industry sales preferred
  • Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications; previous knowledge of a client relationship management tool for tracking leads preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or relevant field of study preferred; a combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Three or more years of hands-on experience developing and creating multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing corporate communications.
  • Proficiency with applicable technology
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Bilingual/Spanish preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
