Opportunity available for a 440 or 220 Insurance Agent to work in an established and reputable insurance agency.

Our Property and Casualty insurance agency writes Auto, Commercial, and Homeowners, specializing in Personal Auto.

Candidate must be sales driven, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to multi-task.

Qualifications:

• License- 440 Customer Representative / 220 General Lines Insurance Agent
• Experience in auto insurance sales is a plus but not required
• Bilingual- English and Spanish

Position duties:

• Quoting and selling
• Renewals and retention
• Customer service

Compensation:

• $17-$19 (440 or 220 with experience- range based on experience and qualifications)
• $20-$22 (220 licensed agent with experience in Auto, Home, and Commercial lines)
• Unexperienced applicants will be based on previous work and qualifications
• Overtime pay offered
• Commission for each new policy, renewal, and rewrite
• Production bonuses for goals met
• Vacation time paid
• Sick time paid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
