Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years professional sales experience preferred, experience or technical knowledge of automotive window film or paint protection film plus.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience and ability to effectively manage and guide sales team with measurable KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Friendly, strong negotiation skills, well-spoken and ready to close the deal.
- Highly motivated individual who brings energy and commitment to building lasting and credible relationships with clients and internally with the team.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Must be honest, assertive, loyal and systematic.
- Experienced in using diverse computer databases for clients data management, including cloud-based CRM, order processing systems, Google, Microsoft Suite, and social media.
- Professional B2B experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop, maintain relationships with B2B (wholesale, distribution, retail, OEM, ODM) potentials and partners.
- Negotiating and closing contractual distribution and manufacturing agreements both domestically and globally.
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Develop, suggest, update, enforce and follow company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
