Overview

Provide exceptional customer service through relationship building, product knowledge and product selection while presenting a clean well-maintained store environment. Primary Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent customer service and strive to achieve goals

• Report to work prepared, on time and ready to complete assigned work schedule.

• Follows all open/closing procedures based on company directives by management.

• Accurately records sales transactions and customer charge entries.

• Greets all customers in a timely manner.

• Recovers and replenishes stock to include medical uniforms, shoes and accessories

• Maintain a clean well-maintained store environment.

• Maintains attractive and fun merchandising presentations

• Adheres to company inventory control procedures included those designed to minimize and prevent inventory loss events.

• Participates and assists in scheduled store inventory cycle counts

• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales goals and contributes to meeting over all store goals.

• Must be able to wear a mask for the full length of shift.

• Must be able to pass a drug screen (We are a drug-free workplace.)

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Flexibility to work at both locations (Fountain City and Turkey Creek)

Technical Expertise

• Demonstrates ability to learn our computer systems

• Processes cash transactions accurately

• Answer phone calls with an appropriate greeting

More Details

• Full-time and Part-time positions available including Saturday only positions.

• We offer a comprehensive benefits package to full-time associates.

• Position hours are typically 10am-6:30pm but can vary up to 2 hours before or after our store hours.

• Our work week is Monday-Saturday. Were closed on Sundays.

• If needed due to staffing shortage, be willing to travel to our Fountain City or Turkey Creek store for a shift.
