Responsibilities

• Help clients achieve their financial goals by presenting a breadth of solutions offered by our competitive suite of products and services to meet both their personal and professional needs
• Secure optional licenses for selling securities and investments products for wealth management and advanced planning SIE, 6 or 7, and 63
• Training through our online curriculum and in-person classes. Learning at your pace
• Client accusation to constantly build your business
• This is a production-based role where you set the bar
• To be involved in the community
• Ability and passion to help each and every client determine their Financial GPS through the tools provided by our trainers

Qualifications

• Growth mindset and sales experience preferred, but not required
• Leverage personal networks and contacts and engage your community to identify prospects
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Self-discipline and goal-driven with a passion to help others
• Desire to help others to achieve their financial goals
• We are always looking for agents that are promotable to our management positions
• A second language is a plus. We have 5 major cultural markets that we focus on at our company

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 at Plan per year
