POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Event Sales Manager is a results-driven individual with a passion for fine dining and a proven track record in sales for upscale dining concepts. He/she will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for multiple locations. He/she will emotionally connect with our guests and be a key driver in shaping unforgettable culinary experiences for our discerning clientele.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Support TRC fine dining concepts to increase a la carte and group dining sales
- Provide exceptional guest service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to guide sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate accounts, and event planners
- Adopt a flexible schedule to accommodate guests and be present at event functions when necessary
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, prospecting, outreach and relationship building
- Collaborate with culinary and operations partners to customize offerings based on client preferences and requirements.
- Negotiate terms and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company
- Work closely with the on-site events and culinary teams to create bespoke dining experiences for clients, ensuring seamless execution of events.
- Participate in weekly operations meetings with General Manager to distribute accurate and complete BEOs, communicate event updates and address restaurants needs
- Assist with marketing programs as necessary
- Handle guest complaints by listening to their concerns, contacting the GM with any problems and solving complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to our alcohol awareness procedures
- Communicate allergy sensitivity from guests to managers and chefs
- Communicate event sales information to subordinates, co-workers, management and guests
- Adhere to, and enforce all sales policies, practices and procedures
- Perform additional duties as required

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School diploma or equivalency required; college degree preferred
Experience:
- Two to five years of previous fine dining event sales experience
- Multi unit sales experience preferred
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, TripleSeat, Open Table preferred
Other Requirements: able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English; must be 21 years of age or older; excellent written and verbal communication skills; valid drivers license
